What if the item arrived damaged?
We are sorry to hear that your item was damaged while in transit! Please email email@example.com - with a brief description and an image of the item - upon arrival. We will assist you further from there!
How can I log into LOVE GOODLY site to find past orders or tracking?

What if I used a promo code with my original purchase and want to exchange it?
If you applied a promo code for the item you are exchanging, please contact email@example.com after you place your new order and we will assist you further from there.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow at least 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account.
Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
If you decide to use our prepaid return label, the return shipping fee is $5.95 for all of the US & Canada. We'll deduct the fee from your refund.
Will I Be Charged Shipping for my Exchange Order?
Yes, exchange orders are charged for shipping depending on the weight of your order and your location.
Will I be issued a refund for the shipping cost I paid to have my order shipped to me?
No, we do not refund original shipping cost paid to have your order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to USPS to have your order delivered.
Unfortunately, items received after the 10-day return period or without a return authorization cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense or a 30% re-stocking fee may apply. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed.
Can I return an item without using your return label?
Though we do not recommend using your own label for returns, you are welcome to do so as long as you have return approval. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged if you use your own label. Please email your tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can be on the look out for your returned package.

As of now, we ship only to the United States & its territories and Canada. If you are outside of these areas, please contact email@example.com and we can chat about arranging to have your LOVE GOODLY online shop order shipped to you.
We are not responsible for any duties/taxes or any extra postage fees due applied to your package during transit. In addition, please note that due to restrictions, we are unable to ship nail polish outside of the US & Canada. Visit USPS.com for more information.
