The following applies only to online shop orders. All Love Goodly Boxes (subscription, gift, single, and prepaid) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To initiate a return, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days from the date you originally received your order
- All items must be returned in unused condition will ALL packaging, tags, seals, accessories, etc. still intact.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please include any images or videos showing the damage or defect.
- The following items are NOT eligible for return: Love Goodly Boxes (subscription, gift, single, and prepaid), Sale Items, Bundles (pre-curated and custom), Fragrances, Free Gifts or Samples, and Open/Used Items (unless there is an issue with the consistency of the product)
- When your return request has been approved, we will provide further information via email. Customers are subject to the return shipping costs.
- After your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost. Please allow at least 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
- If you used a Love Goodly gift card to place your order, your refund will be re-issued in the form of a new gift card (sent via email).
