The following applies only to online shop orders. All Love Goodly Boxes (subscription, gift, single, and prepaid) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• To return an item, please contact email@example.com within 10 business days from the date you originally received your order. All items must be in unused condition with all packaging, tags, seals, accessories, etc. still intact.
• The following items are not eligible for return: Love Goodly Boxes (subscription, gift, single, prepaid), sale items, items marked as final sale, fragrances, free gifts, and open/used items (unless there is an issue with the consistency of the product).
• When your return request is approved, we will provide further information via email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund minus the original cost of shipping.
• Please allow at least 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your next statement. If you initially used the Love Goodly gift card to place your order, your refund will be re-issued in a new gift card.
