Subscription Boxes include free U.S. shipping. We ship within the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, and outside U.S. territories.
For 4/6-month Prepaid Boxes, Single Boxes, and Online Shop orders, shipping is applied at checkout.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong or old shipping address, or delayed deliveries. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS. Replacement packages are subject to a shipping fee.
SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES, AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for any delays or for any additional fees incurred beyond the standard postage -- once the box is shipped, it is out of our hands.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
LOVE GOODLY boxes and online shop orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. It may take up to 30-45 days for the order to be delivered.
Please note that there will be a $16.00 USD fee added to online shop orders and to subscription box renewals. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
If order exceeds over 2 lbs, there will be an additional shipping charge.
Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes applicable to their order. LOVE GOODLY does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to, and we cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
We can ship our non-renewing Single Box, prepaid 4-month, or prepaid 6-month options. Email email@example.com with your postal code for estimated shipping quote and transit times.

Any subscription box or online shop order returned back to us, we will contact you via email and will re-ship to your new location. There will be a replacement shipping fee applied prior to shipping.
But, if we do not hear from you within 2-3 business days, we will treat your order and/or subscription as cancelled and process a refund (for online shop orders, we will process the refund minus the initial shipping cost).
