Please note that we have limited team members fulfilling orders as the rest of our team is remote. We ask for your patience and understanding as orders are fulfilled and shipped 1-2 days a week.
ALL Love Goodly orders are shipped from Novica, our parent company headquartered in San Antonio, TX.
• We ship throughout the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and US territories. For shipping to APO addresses, please contact email@example.com prior to placing your order so we can double-check if we're able to ship to you.
• Flat $8 standard US shipping fee is applied at checkout. To upgrade to premium or expedited shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order for shipping quotes (subject to an additional shipping fee).
• US orders ship with USPS, FedEx, or UPS - the shipping carrier is selected by default and cannot be customized. Estimated transit time is between 1-7 business days (or longer if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory).
• Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays due to service impacts or weather.
• We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong or old shipping address, or delayed deliveries. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
• Replacement packages are subject to an additional shipping fee.
• Canada orders ship with DHL Ecommerce or USPS. The shipping carrier is selected by default and cannot be customized; at this time, we cannot ship internationally with any other carriers (subject to change).
• Tracking numbers for Canada orders take a few additional business days to appear. After your order has been fulfilled, the tracking number is not available right away. Unfortunately, this is something we cannot control, but rest assured your order is being fulfilled and shipped! Once our team has received it, we will update your order with your tracking details.
• There may be service delays due to the impacts of COVID-19 and unfortunately we cannot predict or guarantee an exact delivery date. Please email email@example.com if you have any questions.
• The shipping price will vary depending on the total weight of your order.
• We are unable to ship outside the United States and Canada at this time.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes applicable to their order. Love Goodly does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to, and we cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

For packages that were refused or returned back to us, we will notify the buyer to arrange re-shipping to a new address. Subject to an additional shipping fee.
If we do not hear from the buyer or if the buyer does not want to re-ship, we will treat the order as cancelled and process a refund minus the original shipping cost.
