GIFT FAQS

This order is a gift. Do you have special gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not have special gift wrapping. But, if you'd like to wrap the box yourself, email us at info@lovegoodly.com or respond to your order confirmation email as soon as possible, and we're happy to ship the Love Goodly box inside a plain shipping box.

Do you include a receipt or packing slip?

Our Love Goodly boxes come with an insert card that has a QR code + website link that will redirect to our Current Box page on our website. It lists the products inside the box - including the total retail value and individual prices.

Online shop orders may come with a packing slip that displays the retail price.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! You can type up a gift message in the Order Notes field when viewing your cart. It'll be printed and included with the order.

It looks like my gift won't arrive on time. Can you send an email to the gift recipient to let them know?

Yes, we can! Just let us know their name and email address and we're happy to send them an email as well as provide the tracking number so they can be on the lookout. Don't worry, we won't reveal what the gift is :)

Or if you'd like to send to notify them yourself, let us know and we can send over a graphic you can include in your email!

I need a gift right now. What are my options?

We have digital gift cards available here! The gift recipient can use it for the online shop or to apply it to their Love Goodly subscription or Prepaid Box Plan.

To purchase gift cards for multiple recipients, simply add each gift card to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will then receive an email for each gift card, which you can then forward to the respective gift recipient or you can print them out yourself if you'd like to hand it to them in person.

For example, if you purchased 10 gift cards, you will receive 10 gift card code emails you can forward to the respective gift recipient.

Please do not enter the gift recipient's email address at checkout as they will also receive your order confirmation email/receipt!

 

SHIPPING FAQs

Does the shipping deadline apply to all Love Goodly orders?

Yes! Our shipping deadlines apply to ALL Love Goodly orders - both subscription boxes and online shop orders. Our digital gift cards are delivered by email so there is no shipping/ordering deadline.

Do the deadlines apply to US orders only? My order is shipping to Canada.

Yes, the shipping deadlines are for US orders only.

If you're in Canada, we cannot guarantee by/before December 24 even with the shipping deadline in place. We recommend placing your order right away and then you can select between Standard or Expedited shipping.

Please note that Canada Lovelies can only purchase from the online shop - including the Single Essential or VIP Box. Love Goodly is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to customs, duties, taxes, etc.

I don't see an Expedited shipping option for the subscription box or prepaid box plans. How do I select that?

For our Prepaid Box Plans and Bi-Monthly Subscription Boxes, you will need to email info@lovegoodly.com BEFORE placing your order. Please note there will be an additional shipping cost applied to the first box. We will send an invoice to the email address on file (payment is required before we can ship your order).

If you're purchasing from the online shop or ordering the Single Essential or VIP Box, you can select Expedited Shipping at checkout.

Can I pick up my order from your location?

Order pickup is not available.

How long does it take for the gift order to arrive?

Our small but mighty team does their best to fulfill orders within 1-2 business days, and estimated delivery is between 1-7 business days depending on the destination. Please note that it may be longer if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, military address, or US territory.

All Love Goodly orders are shipped our parent company Novica, and they're based in San Antonio, TX.

What if I need my gift order shipped as soon as possible?

Email info@lovegoodly.com BEFORE placing your order and - though we cannot make any promises - we will do what we can to help!

Can I request to have the gift delivered by a specific date?

Unfortunately, at this time we're unable to accommodate special delivery requests.

If I order by/before the deadline, can you guarantee that my gift will arrive before Christmas? It needs to arrive there on time!

Our small but mighty team does their best to get your orders packed and shipped within a timely manner. Please note that even with shipping deadline in place, we cannot guarantee delivery by/before Christmas Eve.

External factors such as weather issues or service delays may affect shipping or delivery and, unfortunately, this is something we cannot control/predict. When your order is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot control/predict what happens during shipping.

With that said, we highly recommend placing your order (especially gift orders) as soon as possible.

What if the gift recipient will be out of town for the holidays?

If you know when they will be out of town, we highly recommend placing your order beforehand so they can receive it home! Or, if they're able to, you can also have their gift shipped to where they are spending the holidays (must be within the US only).

My tracking is showing a delay. What happens now?

Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot control or predict what happens during shipping. This can be attributed to many factors such as service delays or weather.

That said, please allow at least an additional seven (7) business days for your tracking to show any updates. If it has been more than a week and your tracking has not moved, please contact us at info@lovegoodly.com and we're happy to look into it for you.
