Need to return a full-size product from our e-commerce shop? Not a problem. We are happy to help! We can accept returned merchandise for up to 10 days from the date you originally received it pending you receive a return approval from us. Please contact customer service for a return approval at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of the issue and get a return approval or help in facilitating an exchange.
Once you have your return approval, please return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories, tags etc. intact. No returns or refunds will be made on opened skincare and beauty products, unless there is an issue with the inconsistency of the product. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise. Excludes FINAL SALE or LOVE GOODLY BOX items.
You can return Shop merchandise (except boxes) for up to 10 days from the date you received it. A $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total. Refunds for orders purchased with LOVE GOODLY Gift Cards will be issued as a LOVE GOODLY Gift Card and shipped to the original billing address.
How Do I Return an Item?
Please contact customer service for a return approval at email@example.com -- please include an image of the damaged item if applicable. Once you receive your return approval, print the return label.
When Will My Credit Card Be Credited?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to appear on your statement.
How Do I Make an Exchange?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return approval. Once you obtain approval, place a new order immediately for the item that you want, before it sells out. Then send back your original item for a refund. A $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total. If you applied a promo code for the item you're exchanging, please contact customer service so they can apply the discount to the item you are exchanging.
