Payment Options

You can use the following payment methods when placing an online order: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and American Express. Your credit card will be charged after your order ships, except for any box subscription.

For subscription boxes, your first box is charged right away, then subsequent boxes will be billed on the 28th of the month prior to the next box shipping - regardless of your original signup date. See Box FAQs for more details.

If we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card, you will receive an automated email notification every 6 days for 30 days. After 6 attempts, our system will stop trying to charge your account and your subscription will be cancelled.

For orders by phone, you can use American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. You must also have a valid email address to receive your order confirmation and any order updates from us.

This does not apply to subscription box orders; only online shop orders including Single Boxes.

We accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks by mail. Please email info@lovegoodly.com for more information.

Note: We do not accept Personal Checks or non-LOVE GOODLY Gift Cards. Our system will automatically decline your Gift Card if you try to place an order.
