HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's pretty simple! Send a $15 off coupon to your friends and family members, or post on your social media channels by sharing your custom referral link. When they place their first order, you will receive a $15 off coupon code to use on your next Love Goodly box order!

HOW DO I GET MY REFERRAL LINK?

Log in to your Love Goodly account (or create one) and click on the purple "Give $15, Get $15" button on the bottom lefthand corner; your custom referral link would have already been generated for you. You can start sharing that link via email or social media channels.

HOW DOES MY FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER GET THEIR $15 OFF COUPON?

When they click on your referral link, they will be redirected to our website and will be prompted to enter their email address to claim their code. After verifying their email address, they will receive a second email containing their custom discount code which they can copy and paste and add to checkout.

The code can be used on the Essential or VIP Bi-Monthly Subscription Box or any of the Prepaid Box Plans. At this time, the code cannot be used on the Single Essential or VIP Box or any past Love Goodly boxes.

HOW DO I GET MY $15 OFF COUPON?

After your friend/family member's order has been processed, you (the referrer) will receive an email with your unique $15 off coupon code. You can apply that code to your next bi-monthly subscription box renewal or on your next prepaid box plan order.

Your reward is issued when the customer clicks on your link, verifies their email address, and completes their purchase. You will not receive the reward if they only click on your link - they must complete all steps. The discount cannot also be retroactively applied once the order is placed.

HOW DO I APPLY $15 OFF MY BI-MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

If you're a new subscriber, add one of the bi-monthly subscription box plans or prepaid box plans to your cart and apply the code at checkout. If you have forgotten to apply the code, we're happy to retroactively apply it for you after we verify the referral reward.

If you are an active subscriber, log in to your account -> click on "Manage Subscriptions" -> click on "Edit" next to your active subscription -> scroll down and click on "Apply Discount." You will be prompted to enter your unique discount code, which will be applied on your next renewal date.

Only one code can be applied per renewal. If you have multiple discount codes, you must wait to apply it on another renewal.

HOW DO I APPLY $15 OFF MY PREPAID BOX PLAN?

Whether you are purchasing the Prepaid Box Plan for the first time or if you're purchasing another box cycle, simply add one of the plans to your cart and apply the code at checkout.

The code cannot be retroactively applied to previous prepaid box plans or prepaid box plans with unshipped boxes remaining.

I AM NOT AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIBER. CAN I STILL JOIN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?

Yes you can! Just make sure to create an account so you can get your custom referral link. However, you will not be able to use your coupon until you sign up for a bi-monthly subscription or purchase a prepaid box plan.

CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE ON A SINGLE BOX OR ON A PAST LOVE GOODLY BOX?

No. The code can only be applied to the Essential or VIP Bi-Monthly Subscription Box or any of the Prepaid Box Plans.

I AM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. CAN I JOIN?

At this time, we only accept US orders so this referral program is for those based in the United States. Should anything change in the future, we're happy to let you know!

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

  • Your unique discount codes can only be applied once per order and it cannot be combined with any other special offers or discount codes.
  • We cannot retroactively apply the discount code to past bi-monthly subscription box orders or to prepaid box cycles with unshipped boxes remaining.
  • The code cannot be used on Single Boxes or past Love Goodly boxes.
  • A referral may be blocked if our system detects any fraudulent referrals (i.e. using similar email addresses, the referral order is placed by you, etc.). The referral code will then be blocked by our system and can no longer be used. If you have any questions about a blocked referral, contact info@lovegoodly.com and we're happy to look further into it for you.
  • A referral (pending or completed) is canceled if the customer is removed from the program, a customer is deleted, or if the order is canceled and refunded.
