If you are contacting us from a third-party site that manages finances on behalf of one of our customers and need to cancel the customer's box subscription, please email info@lovegoodly.com and provide the customer's name and email address linked to the subscription. We will respond to confirm the cancellation.

IN RESPONSE TO UPS NOTIFICATIONS FROM LOVE GOODLY

Since March 2020, Love Goodly has been a NOVICA partner.

If you have placed an order on NOVICA's website or if you are expecting an order from NOVICA and you received a UPS delivery notification email that has our Love Goodly name attached to it, do not panic.

If you know that you did not order any beauty products from our Love Goodly website but you are expecting an order or a gift from any of NOVICA's channels (i.e. Novica.com, UNICEF, Overstock, etc.), the tracking is most likely related to your NOVICA order.

If you'd like further assistance, you can send an email to info@lovegoodly.com with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your order number (if applicable)
• The UPS tracking number provided in the email
• The best phone number or email address to reach you

We will forward the details to our NOVICA contact and we will let you know any further information we can share with you.
