USPS SHIPPING UPDATE
Please note that USPS has been experiencing unprecedented package volume in addition to service impacts related to COVID. We will do our best to have your order shipped as soon as possible, but we cannot make any guarantees that it will arrive before Christmas. Rest assured, your order is en route and will arrive.
If you see that your gift may not arrive on time, we are happy to send a graphic you can send via email or print for the recipient to let them know their gift will be arriving soon! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org before or after placing your order and we are happy to get that arranged for you.
If you would like to use another shipping service such as UPS or FedEx, you must email email@example.com prior to placing your order so we can arrange that for you; additional shipping fee will be applied.
LOVE GOODLY OFFICE HOURS
Our office will be closed from Thursday, December 24 to Sunday, December 27 for Christmas. Orders placed during that time will start shipping on Monday, December 28.
Our office will also be closed from Thursday, December 31 to Sunday, January 3 for New Year. Orders placed during that time will start shipping on Monday, January 4.

From now until the end of December, orders will ship every day from Monday to Friday. We will do our best to ship the same business day, so please double-check your order for any errors or if something needs to be changed; otherwise, the order will ship as is.
Once an order is out the door, Love Goodly is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or missing packages due to incorrect shipping information.
We do not ship during the weekend, orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Orders placed after the deadline, we will do our best to ship the same business day it was placed, but we cannot make any guarantees; in that case, your order will ship the following business day.
The deadlines and transit times are based off of USPS's website, but please note that exact delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary should the package come across any delays due to service or weather. We highly recommend placing your order as soon as possible for delivery by or before Christmas Day.

All of our subscription boxes and prepaid boxes ship via USPS First Class or First Class Mail International (Canada Only).
If you would like to upgrade shipping to USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail International (Canada Only) or use an additional service like Signature Confirmation, you must email email@example.com prior to placing your order (additional fees apply).
SINGLE ESSENTIAL OR VIP BOXES AND ALL OTHER ONLINE SHOP ORDERS
Single Box and all other online shop orders are shipped using the USPS shipping method of your choice (you select at checkout). If you would like to add an additional USPS service like Signature Confirmation, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order (additional fees apply).
SHIPPING VIA UPS OR FEDEX
