How long do I have to make a return on a shop item?
You have 10 days from the date you originally received your package to make returns on eligible items. Please contact customer service for a return approval at [email protected]
What if the item arrived damaged?
We are sorry to hear that your item was damaged while in transit! Please email [email protected] - with a brief description and an image of the item - upon arrival. We will assist you further from there!
How can I log into LOVE GOODLY site to find past orders or tracking?
Because of the way our website was designed, your past order history is not viewable. But, rest assured, we do have access to your order history on our backend. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions about past orders!

What if I used a promo code with my original purchase and want to exchange it?
If you applied a promo code for the item you are exchanging, please contact [email protected] after you place the order so they can apply the discount to the item you are exchanging.
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow at least 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account. You will receive an email confirmation once we process your refund.
The return shipping fee is $5.95 for all of the US & Canada. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund.
Yes, exchange orders are charged for shipping depending on the weight of your order and your location.
No, we do not refund original shipping cost paid to have your order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to USPS to have your order delivered.
Unfortunately, items received after the 10-day return period or without a return authorization cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense or a 30% re-stocking fee may apply. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed.
Though we do not recommend using your own label for returns, you are welcome to do so as long as you have return approval. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged if you use your own label. Please email your tracking number to [email protected] so we can be on the look out for your returned package.

As of now, we ship only to the United States & its territories and Canada. If you are outside of these areas, please contact [email protected] and we can chat about arranging to have your LOVE GOODLY online shop order shipped to you.
