Winter/Holiday 2021 Shipping Deadlines

With the busy holiday season in full swing, shipping transit and delivery times are varied and sometimes unpredictable. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR HOLIDAY GIFT ORDERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

 

The following applies to Love Goodly Boxes (Single or Essential VIP Boxes, Bi-Monthly Subscription Boxes, Prepaid Box Plans)

 

We're currently accepting pre-orders for our Dec '21/Jan '22 Boxes - which starts shipping on/around Dec 5 (or possibly earlier!).

Love Goodly Boxes shipped within the United States are always shipped via First Class Mail through our shipping partner FirstMile, and transit time varies between 2-10 business days after your order has been processed by FirstMile. You can find more information HERE.

For our Dec/Jan Box, we're offering a special shipping upgrade for US box orders! Click HERE for more information.

You can select the shipping method of your choice if you're purchasing the Single Essential or VIP Box. Shipping fees will be applied.

 

Deadline to sign up for a Dec/Jan Box for delivery by or before Christmas Eve is on Friday, Dec 17 at 3:00pm PST. Any Love Goodly Box orders received after the deadline will continue to ship but we cannot guarantee delivery by or before Christmas Eve.

If you're ordering a gift shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Addresses, or US territories, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible as they may have a different transit time. If you have any questions, send an email info@lovegoodly.com and we're happy to help as best as we can.

Our shipping deadlines are based on USPS's schedule and are subject to change at any time. Once orders leave our office and are in the hands of USPS, any weather or service delays, missing or delayed packages are beyond our control and we're unable to offer refunds for shipping costs. 

If you'd like to use UPS or FedEx for your Dec/Jan Box, email info@lovegoodly.com prior to placing your order and we can help make arrangements; additional shipping fees will be applied.

 

FOR CANADA BOX ORDERS

Love Goodly Box orders are shipped via Canada Post through our shipping partner Landmark Global. Estimated transit time is between 7-10 business days, but due to increased holiday volume, we cannot predict or provide an exact or estimated delivery date for your order. 

If you see that your tracking status has not been updated in 2 weeks, email info@lovegoodly.com so we can look further into it.

If you would like to have your online shop order shipped via UPS or FedEx International, please email info@lovegoodly.com prior to placing your order so we can make arrangements; additional shipping fees will be applied.

 

The following applies to Online Shop orders (including Holiday Bundles, Stocking Stuffers, Past Love Goodly Boxes)

 

Orders are shipped USPS via the shipping method of your choice selected at checkout. If your overall order totals to 1+ lbs., your shipping method defaults to Priority Mail.

 

The deadlines below apply to US orders (within the 48 states):

USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days Friday, Dec 17 by 3pm PST
USPS Priority Mail Express Overnight or 2 days Tuesday, Dec 21 by 3pm PST
