Can I pause by subscription?
You can choose to skip
your next LOVE GOODLY box -- as long as it is before the 26th of the month before the next box ships. If you would like to skip your next box, all you have to do is login to your LOVE GOODLY account. Find your Subscription section, click on Edit, and - on the righthand side - click on Skip Next Renewal. You can skip as many boxes as you want. During your skip period, you will not be charged. How often do LOVE GOODLY boxes ship?
LOVE GOODLY boxes ship every other month on or around the 5th day of the shipping month. For example, the December/January box will ship on or around December 5; the February/March box will ship on or around February 5; the April/May box will ship on or around April 5; the June/July box will ship on or around June 5; the August/September box will ship on or around August 5 and the October/November box will ship on or around October 5. Please click on BOX QUESTIONS for more information and answers about LOVE GOODLY boxes. If you purchase a box after the 5th, the box will ship in 1-2 business days if that box is still in stock. Once that month's box sells out, you will be signed up for the next box and ship date.
How can I cancel my subscription?
For canceling your subscription, you must call or email us directly at [email protected]
. You must receive a cancellation confirmation email from us to confirm that you have cancelled.
For bimonthly subscriptions, you must cancel before the 26th of the month prior to your box being shipped
. For example before September 26th for the October/November box; November 26th for the December/January box; January 26th for the February/March box; March 26th for the April/May box; May 26th for the June/July box; or July 26th for the August/September box.
How can I log into LOVE GOODLY site to find out when by box ships?
When you get your shipping confirmation email, you will find a link to your order shipping information with your tracking number. Or you can click on My Account or Order Status in the bottom navigation of this site. Please note that if you are an existing LOVE GOODLY customer, we have updated our Website backend, so you will need a new login and password. Contact [email protected] so we can help you.
Will I receive only samples in my LOVE GOODLY box?
LOVE GOODLY boxes include mostly full-size products and deluxe samples. Each box will contain a different mix of brands that have been carefully selected.
When does my credit card get charged for my next bimonthly box?
After your initial box purchase, which charges immediately, you will be billed the 28th of the month prior to the box shipping. So for example, the October/November box will be billed on September 28, and the December/January box will be billed on November 28. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]
Will I get charged shipping on the LOVE GOODLY box?
All LOVE GOODLY boxes include free shipping in the continental U.S. We do not ship internationally, except
for Canada.Please note that there will be a $14.95 USD fee added to each LOVE GOODLY box that ships to Canada (every other month for subscribers)
. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. We are not
responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package during transit.
Boxes shipped outside the continental U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may incur an extra charge each time a box is shipped. Please contact [email protected]

I am located in Canada. How long does it take for my LOVE GOODLY Box or Order to arrive?
We ship Canadian orders via USPS First Class International
. Depending on your destination and how long it takes for your order to get through customs, it may take a while for your LOVE GOODLY Subscription Box or Online Order to arrive to you --- at times, it may take even up to 30 days. Please continue to check on the status of your order by visiting USPS.com
and entering the USPS tracking number provided to you via email.

We are more than happy to upgrade
your shipping to Priority Mail International
(expected delivery within 6-10 business days) or Priority Mail Express International
(expected delivery within 3-5 business days). However, there will be an additional shipping fee that will be charged to your payment method on file prior to shipping.

We start shipping boxes at the same time every
other month so you cannot receive your box before our ship date. Please

What will I
receive in my LOVE GOODLY box every other month?
We send a mix of full size beauty and skincare
products and deluxe samples, wellness products, healthy snacks and eco
style or home accessories. Each box there will be a different mix of
brands and products that have been carefully curated and the retail
value will be over $75.
Can I personalize
the items I receive in my LOVE GOODLY box?
We will soon be offering the option to
personalize your preferences, however, for now, we do not offer this

Are all of your

Yes, all products sold on LOVE GOODLY and in
our boxes are always vegan and cruelty free.
